I've never ordered anything customised and the people who got in touch with me were very helpful and polite. The quote came in less than I worried it might be (never know with bespoke items). I wanted a harness that could be locked and couldnt find anything online so reached out to SAX to see if they could help. Josh was friendly and prompt with the estimate and idea for how this could be achieved. I was thinking of buckles with a loop for a lock in them but Josh suggested locking posts as the former mightve meant making wider straps. After paying, the longest six weeks of my life ensued waiting for it to come but it was also a sign that I was buying from the right place. The advice for this particular harness to be worn over latex was sound also. Upon dispatch I received the package within a few days and was notified of the tracking information so I could follow it's progress. The harness fits well but I have had some difficulty finding locks that fit into the locking posts easily. I dont want to drill into the posts and risk damaging my new expensive harness but have spent about $60 trying to find a set of locks (with a single, common key) that can easily fit. I wish I'd had the forethought to order locks at the same time and then could be guaranteed that they'd fit. Living a long way away from SAX means waiting an extended period for locks to arrive as well as another lot of postage. The service- excellent Product - excellent

Great harness, got a large size and didn't need to adjust the size was a perfect fit from the premade setting. Great quality leather , great shipping time also. Just a great product!!
